Agreement to these terms

You keep ownership of the content you create in our products — the sites you build in Marble Frame, the notes in FriendFuss, the entries in Reclaim Yourself. You grant us only the limited permissions we need to store, display, and operate the service for you. You are responsible for the content you provide and for having the right to use it.

Intellectual property

The software, design, branding, and other materials that make up our products belong to Tailor in Maroon and are protected by law. These terms do not transfer any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Health and wellbeing

Reclaim Yourself is a self-help tool designed to support wellbeing. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the services running smoothly, but we can't guarantee they will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update or discontinue a product with reasonable notice where possible.

Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Tailor in Maroon will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using our products at any time and delete your account inside each app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if we need to protect the service and its users.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
